Lead Consultant | Oracle Cloud | PaaS - Integration

Work Location: Richardson, TX 75082 – Hybrid (10 days in a month)

Relocation: Preferably local, but candidates willing to relocate will be considered.

Contract duration: 6 months | Target start date: Immediate | Visa-independent candidates only

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and integration support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents in OIC, APIs, file transfers, and data flows.
• Provide expert guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers on OIC, Fusion, and OCI best practices.
• Develop and maintain complex integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Engage with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions.
• Analyze quarterly updates, perform pre-testing, and coordinate regression/UAT testing.
• Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Log and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.
• Perform system tuning and troubleshooting for optimal performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2/Gen 3), PaaS components, and Visual Builder.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) data models and APIs.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, Java, PL/SQL, and OCI services (API Gateway, Vault).
• Proven ability in L1/L2/L3 support and managing complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical skills to decipher logs and traces for root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
