About the role

Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant with experience in multi-national/multi-currency commercial organizations to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have proven end-to-end Cloud project experience leading Oracle Cloud Financials, aligning key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success, and delivering comprehensive business solutions to enhance client systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional Oracle Cloud Financials consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert
  • Identify opportunities to apply ERP Cloud functionality enhancements and remediations through discovery sessions and assessments
  • Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Configure applications to meet client requirements, validate configuration and data, and document application set-ups
  • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions
  • Assist clients in preparing validation scripts and test scenarios and developing test scripts and leading migration of configuration, integrations and extensions
  • Effectively communicate, provide status reports, and drive project deliverables

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud Financials
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end, hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud Lead implementations
  • Oracle ERP Cloud Lead requiring focus on multi-national/multi-currency
  • Experience with allocations, payroll costing and SCM/Financials month end closing is preferred
  • Experience with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM)
  • Experience with divestitures or acquisitions is a plus
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and initiative to work independently and with technical team members and end users
  • Ability to lead other functional consultants through the different project phases
  • Display effective analytical and organizational skills
  • Commercial industry experience, required. Healthcare experience, a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
  • Must already be living in the US
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
