About the Role
Seeking an Oracle Financials Functional Process Lead with deep Oracle Financials experience. The role is responsible for providing functional solutions for Oracle Financials, ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications.
You will interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to analyze processes, document configuration activities in BR100, and contribute to solutions across the consulting lifecycle. The position involves business process consulting, problem definition, solution creation, and guiding teams on project processes, deliverables, and proposal development. You will also support client training, internal capability building, and help detail project scope.

Responsibilities
- Provide functional solutions for Oracle Financials.
- Ensure deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications.
- Interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze processes.
- Document and prepare configuration activities in BR100.
- Contribute to solution development across different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
- Define problems, propose, and create solutions in business process consulting.
- Support development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.
- Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
- Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
- Help detail project scope.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, TAX.
- Visa-independent candidates only.
