Functional Lead Consultant Oracle ERP Cloud Location: Holmdel, New Jersey Work Setting: Onsite Experience: 7 12 years Position Type: Contractor Job Summary We are seeking a Functional Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Cloud to oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud modules, strong understanding of financial processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and deployment of Oracle Financial Cloud solutions.Configure Oracle Financial Cloud modules based on business requirements.Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial Cloud modules, including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Cash ManagementGather, analyze, and document business requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop effective solutions.Develop and maintain functional documentation and training materials.Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users.Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Financial Cloud functional issues.Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and ongoing maintenance.Ensure financial processes and system configurations align with business requirements and best practices.Stay updated on the latest Oracle Financial Cloud features, functionality, and updates.Provide functional guidance and support throughout implementation and post-production activities. Required Qualifications 7 12 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud modules and functionalities.Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Oracle Financial Cloud solutions.Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting best practices.Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and support.Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Financial Cloud certification is a plus.Experience with Cash Management.Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Financial Cloud implementations.Strong experience in functional workshops, user training, and documentation.
