About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Architect specializing in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) to design and architect enterprise-scale solutions. This role involves leading technical teams, defining integration patterns, and ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, data platforms, or customer experience technologies
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
• Strong experience designing enterprise data ingestion and integration architectures
• Proven experience presenting solutions to Architecture Review Boards and executive stakeholders
• Experience leading technical teams across complex implementation programs

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design and architect enterprise-scale solutions leveraging Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Create end-to-end architecture for customer data ingestion, identity management, profile unification, segmentation, activation, and governance
• Define integration patterns for ingesting data from CRM, ERP, web, mobile, marketing automation platforms, and third-party data sources
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance data ingestion frameworks using batch and streaming methodologies
• Establish architecture standards, design principles, and best practices aligned with enterprise requirements

Architecture Governance

• Prepare and present solution architectures, design documents, data flows, and integration strategies to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and other governance forums
• Address architecture review comments and ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards, security policies, and data governance requirements
• Provide technical recommendations and risk assessments for architectural decisions

Technical Leadership

• Lead project teams from a technical perspective throughout the solution lifecycle
• Mentor developers, engineers, and technical leads on Adobe RTCDP implementation best practices
• Drive technical design workshops and support solution planning activities
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding best practices, and quality benchmarks
• Guide troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, data engineering teams, and enterprise architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Act as the primary architecture point of contact for Adobe RTCDP initiatives
