Lead Concierge

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Make reservations at local establishments upon request.
• Manage concierge staff.
• Handle inquiries from clients and residents professionally.
• Organize on-site events.
• Greet clients and guide them to their designated areas.
• Process and manage customer expectations politely and friendly.
• Create tailored experiences for frequent clients based on their needs.
• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
• Provide information about the surrounding area and its services.
• Maintain control of all keys and ensure proper logging.
• Announce visitors to clients and tenants.
• Keep the environment clean and pleasant.
• Log and secure packages, deliveries, and other items.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years’ client-facing experience.
• Basic computer literacy and technology skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
• Skills in multitasking and good time management.
