Primary Job Responsibilities
- Make reservations at local establishments upon request.
- Manage concierge staff.
- Handle inquiries from clients and residents professionally.
- Organize on-site events.
- Greet clients and guide them to their designated areas.
- Process and manage customer expectations politely and friendly.
- Create tailored experiences for frequent clients based on their needs.
- Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
- Provide information about the surrounding area and its services.
- Maintain control of all keys and ensure proper logging.
- Announce visitors to clients and tenants.
- Keep the environment clean and pleasant.
- Log and secure packages, deliveries, and other items.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years’ client-facing experience.
- Basic computer literacy and technology skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
- Polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
- Skills in multitasking and good time management.
