ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
  • Maintains knowledge of the Risk Management Binder
  • Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.
  • Provides training for new associates as appropriate
  • Primary person responsible for scheduling resident transportation
  • Provides support to Executive Director and Business Office Manager as needed
  • Works in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

  • One-year experience in the industry or related field

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public.
  • This position typically operates at an indoor desk with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
