ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensures the telephone is answered promptly and calls are directed as needed
- Maintains knowledge of the Risk Management Binder
- Treats all residents and guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed expectations.
- Provides training for new associates as appropriate
- Primary person responsible for scheduling resident transportation
- Provides support to Executive Director and Business Office Manager as needed
- Works in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- One-year experience in the industry or related field
