About the role

Lead Clinical Instructor (provisional) at Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester, NY. This senior-level professional position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical and non-clinical education and orientation programs at the hospital, in accordance with mandatory education and clinical requirements. The employee reports to and works under the general supervision of an administrative-level staff member and may exercise general supervision over subordinate staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma.
• Either:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcare‑related field plus one (1) year of paid full‑time (or part‑time equivalent) experience developing and conducting clinical education programs;
  • Three (3) years of paid full‑time (or part‑time equivalent) experience developing and conducting clinical education programs;
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of the two options above.

Pay

Salary range: $64,471 – $86,440 annually.
