Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing communication, project updates, requests, and issue resolution.
- Cook projects from estimation through completion, including project setup, resource allocation, progress tracking, and invoicing.
- Translate client needs into clear technical instructions for internal production teams and ensure alignment throughout execution.
- Partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to resolve project challenges and maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain accurate client, project, and financial information within relevant systems and databases.
- Support onboarding and integration activities for new clients by participating in planning meetings and transition processes.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on improving processes, workflows, efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding project status, reporting, concerns, and general information requests.
- Aid in customer complaint resolution and quality assurance activities when needed.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is an experienced project coordination professional with strong communication abilities, client management expertise, and the ability to operate independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Experience managing client-facing projects from planning through completion.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, workflows, timelines, and resource coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to analyze information and present solutions clearly.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, internet applications, and business management systems.
- Ability to manage budgets, project documentation, reporting, and operational details.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with clients, peers, and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- High level of attention to detail with strong follow-through on deadlines and commitments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally locally, nationally, or internationally as required.
