What You'll Do

  • Retain, grow, and diversify the value delivered to our partners, driving Pinterest revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Drive value through data insights within the business and across the marketing funnel.
  • Optimize campaigns and ensure best practices are used to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
  • Work at scale across a diverse set of clients.
  • Advocate internally for the solutions needed to drive business outcomes for these advertisers.
  • Work across internal teams such as Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
  • Cross-sell and upsell opportunities that contribute to exceeding revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing lower funnel campaigns, with a proven track record of bringing to life “never been done before” activations.
  • Data-driven mindset, excels at extracting insights from numbers and drawing patterns and observations.
  • Proactive and always thinking ahead, ready to anticipate and solve obstacles.
  • Challenger seller, not afraid to speak up for what is right, engage in conversations with clients to help them achieve their goals, and not a yes-person.
  • Self-starter who holds self and others accountable, manages daily responsibilities with limited oversight, and enjoys going deep with data.
  • Process-oriented individual who can build and execute strategic learning agendas and own client communication.
  • A clear and concise communicator who simplifies complex topics to drive clear action.
  • A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or sales management, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business administration or sales management, or equivalent experience.

Working Expectations

  • In-market focused sales team focused on velocity, expect to be traveling in market 50% of the time.

Relocation Statement

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Pay and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $114,499—$200,374 USD
  • Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
