Lead Cleaning Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will travel to different locations each day, operate provided carpet and floor cleaning machinery, and service a variety of floors, including tile, wood, carpet, and stone. You will also supervise locations, maintain equipment, move furniture, treat stains, and restock supplies between cleans.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoys learning new techniques and methods for cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a variety of locations to maintain and clean many different flooring types or upholstery
• Move furniture or other customer’s items with care to clean under and around them
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to provide them with an excellent experience
• Work closely with other team members to complete a common goal
• Maintain all equipment used, restock supplies between cleanings, and foster a clean, safe work environment at all times
