About the role
Responsible for designing and overseeing municipal and land development projects. Collaborates with clients to ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements sustainable land use plans
- Performs site assessments and prepares detailed project designs
- Manages construction teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Conducts regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols
- Communicates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in municipal and land development
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and environmental regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
