Lead Civil Engineer (PE) - Municipal & Land Development

About the role

Responsible for designing and overseeing municipal and land development projects. Collaborates with clients to ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sustainable land use plans
• Performs site assessments and prepares detailed project designs
• Manages construction teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Conducts regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols
• Communicates effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in municipal and land development
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and environmental regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
