Civil Engineer(PE) - Municipal/Land Development

About the role

Responsible for designing and overseeing municipal and land development projects. Collaborates with clients to understand project requirements and ensures compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed plans and specifications for construction projects
• Reviews and approves contractor bids and contracts
• Manages project budgets and schedules
• Ensures adherence to environmental and safety standards
• Communicates with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in municipal and land development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
