Lead Children Development Coach or Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for leading engaging classes, fostering a positive environment, and making a meaningful impact on children's lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes based on our proven curriculum
• Maintain a warm, safe, and educational environment
• Provide outstanding service to our members
• Encourage children to develop confidence and skills
• Engage children in movement-based learning and imaginative play
• Ensure safety and compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and adults
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
• Enthusiasm for fitness and movement-based activities

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and energetic demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18 – $22 per hour, in compliance with California law.

Schedule
