Programs: Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute – Taylor, MI and Canton, MI • Part-time (Evenings & Weekends) • Onsite
About the role
High Velocity Sports is hiring Child Development Coaches for our Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute programs at our Taylor Sportsplex, Romulus Athletic Center, and Canton locations. This role goes beyond coaching — we are looking for team members who understand that confidence, listening skills, and child development come first; soccer is the vehicle.
About Our Programs
Lil’ Kickers is a nationally recognized child development program that uses soccer to help children ages 18 months–7 years build confidence, coordination, listening skills, and teamwork in a fun, imaginative environment.
Skills Institute is the next step for players ages 5–12 ready for more technical development, focusing on individual foot skills, game awareness, and continued confidence building in a positive, high-energy setting. Both programs focus first on developing the child—not just the athlete.
