Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality patient care during exams, treatments, dentals, and surgery
  • Performing dental cleanings and dental radiographs
  • Monitoring anesthesia and supporting surgical recovery
  • Training, coaching, and onboarding clinical support staff
  • Supporting accountability, communication, and consistency across the team
  • Aiding with monthly scheduling needs
  • Leading or supporting department meetings with educational content
  • Identifying training opportunities and improving team efficiency

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a confident, collaborative Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) who enjoys both technical medicine and team leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, surgery, and patient care
  • Enjoy training, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff
  • Comfortable helping direct workflow and support team efficiency
  • Communicate honestly, respectfully, and professionally
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to support different areas of the hospital
