Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality patient care during exams, treatments, dentals, and surgery
- Performing dental cleanings and dental radiographs
- Monitoring anesthesia and supporting surgical recovery
- Training, coaching, and onboarding clinical support staff
- Supporting accountability, communication, and consistency across the team
- Aiding with monthly scheduling needs
- Leading or supporting department meetings with educational content
- Identifying training opportunities and improving team efficiency
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a confident, collaborative Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) who enjoys both technical medicine and team leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, surgery, and patient care
- Enjoy training, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff
- Comfortable helping direct workflow and support team efficiency
- Communicate honestly, respectfully, and professionally
- Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to support different areas of the hospital
