Main Function

The primary purpose of this position is to guide the C.N.A. team to ensure care is delivered in a timely and appropriate manner. This includes providing input on assignments and scheduling, including breaks and lunches. The Lead CNA acts as a liaison between C.N.A.s and the nursing management team and collaborates with nursing staff to ensure care cards accurately reflect resident needs.

Education, Experience and Qualifications

  • Current NY State C.N.A. Certification with no abuse convictions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior to 5 years experience working as a CNA preferred

Pay Range

$22.00 - $27.00
