Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Observe residents and report any changes in their condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort measures
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Create a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a State-Approved Nursing Assistant Program
• Active North Carolina CNA Certification required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
