Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4pm

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Coordinate daily shift activities and workflow for physician practice operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to policy.
  • Team Development: Oversee the orientation and training of new associates while providing performance feedback and technical guidance to the team.
  • Resource Management: Manage clinical inventory by monitoring supply levels, placing orders, and organizing medication samples.
  • Quality Oversight: Assign and review staff work to ensure compliance with clinical procedures and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education:
    • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR
    • Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR
    • 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Preferences

  • Experienced Medical Assistant.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
