Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Coordinate daily shift activities and workflow for physician practice operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to policy.
- Team Development: Oversee the orientation and training of new associates while providing performance feedback and technical guidance to the team.
- Resource Management: Manage clinical inventory by monitoring supply levels, placing orders, and organizing medication samples.
- Quality Oversight: Assign and review staff work to ensure compliance with clinical procedures and operational standards.
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR
- Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR
- 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Preferences
- Experienced Medical Assistant.
- Leadership experience preferred.
