We need to output only HTML fragment, with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it; never emit heading with filler placeholder. So we need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Category Sourcing Consultant to join the Corporate Services Strategic Sourcing Team as part of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), with primary support for Marketing and Public Affairs technology sourcing initiatives. This role serves as the strategic sourcing subject matter expert for the enterprise marketing technology (MarTech) and advertising technology (AdTech) ecosystem, including AI-enabled marketing platforms, customer data infrastructure, and digital media supply chains." We can put that as prose under About the role. - Responsibilities: The "In This Role, You Will" bullet list (actually paragraphs with bold headings). We need to extract duties. The posting includes sections: Lead Sourcing Strategy & MarTech Category Management (with sub-bullets), Contract Negotiation & Commercial Management, Supplier Relationship & Risk Management, Stakeholder Partnership & Governance, Compliance, Reporting & Implementation, Leadership & Subject Matter Expertise. Those are responsibilities. So we can list them as

    • each bullet. Possibly each major heading as a list item with sub-detail? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can treat each duty as a list item; we can include sub-detail within the li as prose. - Requirements: The posting has "Required Qualifications:" and "Desired Qualifications:" plus maybe "Job Expectations:" (travel, hybrid schedule, visa). Also "Work Locations:" maybe not a requirement but location. We'll need to decide sections: Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (desired?), Skills (maybe combine). The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have Required Qualifications: "5+ years of Sourcing, Procurement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education". That's a requirement. Desired Qualifications: a long list of desired experience/skills. Those could go under Qualifications (desired) or Skills. The instruction: we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. Likely Required Qualifications -> Requirements; Desired Qualifications -> Qualifications. Skills could be extracted from desired qualifications (like "Strong commercial, financial, benchmarking, and spend analysis capabilities", "Ability to effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders", etc.) But we might just put those under Qualifications as well. However we have separate Skills section optional; we could put specific skills there. But we must not create sections with filler. If we put Skills, we need actual content. We can extract skill-based statements from Desired Qualifications: e.g., "Strong commercial, financial, benchmarking, and spend analysis capabilities - including SaaS license utilization analysis and third-party pricing benchmarks with the ability to develop data-driven sourcing and negotiation strategies." "Ability to effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology, Information Security, Third Party Risk Management, and senior business leaders." "Knowledge of banking regulations, third-party risk management practices (including interagency TPRM guidance), supplier governance, data privacy regulations (GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), and regulatory requirements impacting supplier engagements and customer data use." "Proficiency with strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract lifecycle management tools, including Ariba, RFx processes, e-auction platforms, spend analytics, and benchmarking tools." "Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and drive consensus." "Strong project management, time management, analytical, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment." "Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPSD, PMP, or equivalent sourcing, procurement, or project management credentials; privacy or technology certifications a plus." These could be Skills. Pay: The posting includes "Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $119,000.00 - $206,000.00". That's specific pay range, so we should include Pay section. Schedule: The posting includes "Job Expectations: Ability to travel 5% of the timeAdherence to in-office attendance expectations; position offers a hybrid work schedule of three (3) days in the office and two (2) days working remotelyThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship". So schedule: hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote) and travel 5%. Also visa sponsorship not eligible (maybe not schedule). We'll include Schedule section with that info. Benefits: The posting includes a Benefits paragraph: "Benefits Wells Fargo provides eligible employees with a comprehensive set of benefits, many of which are listed below. Visit Benefits - Wells Fargo Jobs for an overview of the following benefit plans and programs offered to employees. Health benefits401(k) PlanPaid time offDisability benefitsLife insurance, critical illness insurance, and accident insuranceParental leaveCritical caregiving leaveDiscounts and savingsCommuter benefitsTuition reimbursementScholarships for dependent childrenAdoption reimbursement". That's a list of benefits. We'll put Benefits section with
        • each benefit. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Posting End Date: 20 Sep 2026", "Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.", "We Value Equal Opportunity", etc. Also remove "Reference Number R-566274-3". Also remove "Work Locations:" maybe not needed? It's location info; could be considered metadata but not required heading. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include work locations in a short paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate meta paragraph. But we can drop it if not essential. However location is substantive? Might be considered metadata; we could include a short p under About the role. But we have to preserve ALL substantive information; location is substantive for applicants. So we should keep it. Where to put? Could be under About the role as a short sentence. Also "Job Expectations: Ability to travel 5% of the timeAdherence to in-office attendance expectations; position offers a hybrid work schedule of three (3) days in the office and two (2) days working remotelyThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship". We'll parse that into Schedule section. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:
