Responsibilities

• Supervise all cleaning and maintenance operations and department personnel during assigned shifts.
• Supervise the cleaning, follow‑up of maintenance, and repair of all facilities and equipment.
• Contribute and assist in the evaluation of employee performance reviews.
• Provide and administer all new hire training.
• Maintain key control.
• Be involved with scheduling, disciplinary actions, payroll and inventory, and purchasing procedures, but not solely responsible.
• Be accountable for follow‑through with department walk‑throughs, special cleaning projects, and maintaining departmental cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a cleaner in EVS or equivalent.
• Highly successful performance review (expected).
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.; ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
