Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for one or more EVS work crews
• Assist in training, scheduling, and updating station assignments for team members
• Maintain key control and attend leader shift and department meetings
• Aid in team evaluations and performance reviews
• Inspect and submit inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food/beverage outlets, and all back of house
• Communicate and delegate tasks and problem solve effectively with all guests, team members, and managers
• Able to be standing during the duration of your shift.
• In this role, you can expect to use your hands, crouch, kneel, and be physically active throughout your shift.
• You will also be required to help assist with guests, aid in cleaning public areas of the casino and be okay with constantly moving.
• Our EVS team must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
