Lead Carpentry Installer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Carpentry/Installer to install products safely, with high quality, and in a productive, profitable manner. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction through clear, friendly, and professional communication. Operate company vehicles and tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided)
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation

Requirements

• Customer-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license
• Good driving record and safe operation of company vehicle
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong personal organization skills

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturday
• No required overtime
