Lead Carpentry Installer

About the role

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, designing, manufacturing, and installing custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Lead Carpentry Installer.

Responsibilities

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided)
• Measure, cut, and fit materials
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation
• Operate company vehicles, tools, etc. in a safe manner
• Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion

Requirements

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
• Possess and maintain current driver's license
• Good driving record
• Operate company vehicle in safe manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong personal organization skills

Qualifications

• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred
