About the Role

This position serves as an operations lead under the Practice Manager, overseeing staff and acting as a liaison between registration, scheduling, providers, and support staff. The role focuses on managing department operations, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift schedules and identify staffing needs
• Supervise shift responsibilities and assist with staff training
• Handle complex registration and scheduling issues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency
• Utilize system applications to support daily operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of registration or patient accounts experience
• At least 2 years of training or leadership experience preferred
• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
