As a Lead Capture Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting talent acquisition efforts through data management, application processing, and lead distribution. What You'll Do Support TeamHealth's recruiting operations by maintaining accurate candidate information, processing employment applications, and helping recruiters connect with top talent. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain talent acquisition data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyProcess candidate applications in CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Manage lead generation data and distribute qualified leads to recruiters and recruitment leadersMaintain candidate contact information and recruiting records to support hiring objectivesMonitor data quality and meet established productivity and accuracy goalsProvide backup support to Research Representatives as neededParticipate in team meetings and departmental initiativesAssist with additional recruitment operations projects and administrative tasks as assigned What Makes You Successful Highly detail-oriented with exceptional data entry accuracyOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyDependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsCommitted to maintaining data integrity and delivering quality work Requirements You Bring Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of office or administrative experienceData entry experience with demonstrated speed and accuracyExperience supporting onboarding, recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources functions preferredProficiency using business systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications Why TeamHealth At TeamHealth, you'll join a culture built around collaboration, innovation, and purpose.
