Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food service
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications
