About the role
Lead Business Analyst specializing in Kronos (UKG Pro) Workforce Management implementations. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, develop test scripts, and ensure seamless integration—particularly with Kronos Boomi middleware and PeopleSoft HRMS.
Responsibilities
- Lead Kronos/UKG Pro WFM implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Design, document, and execute test scripts for complex WFM system validations.
- Oversee integration efforts using Kronos Boomi and other middleware tools.
- Bridge PeopleSoft HRMS data flows with Kronos WFM modules.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of direct Business Analyst experience, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity.
- Hands-on Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementation experience required.
- Proven track record developing test scripts and leading system testing initiatives.
- Familiarity with integration tools, especially Kronos Boomi.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration touchpoints with WFM systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
