Lead Business Analyst

About the role

Analyze business operations to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Teleworking is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Proactively produce executive-level verbal and written analyses, insights, and reports that support data-driven recommendations.
• Apply statistical and experimental methods, including hypothesis testing, to develop data-supported insights.
• Extract, integrate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and related tools.
• Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or similar platforms to report findings.
• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and prepare written analyses and recommendations.
• Drive the importance of data collection and creating meaningful tests to measure incremental growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven strategies and decisions.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, independently and in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, or another related field with significant analytical coursework.
• 5 years of experience in internal or external analytics consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL, including experience with complex datasets, data extraction, and data manipulation.

Pay

$169,139 per year

Schedule

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 5 days per week (40 hours per week)
