Lead Business Analyst - Customer Integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead customer requirements gathering for complex projects
• Manage end-to-end integration projects working with stakeholders
• Draft and document detailed business and functional specifications
• Create customer-facing documentation for software solutions
• Cook up and support User Acceptance Testing and training
• Act as a consultant advising customers
• Mentor and coach junior analysts

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience
• 8 years of business analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, professional services, or solution delivery
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
• Active listener who can collaborate and work autonomously

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
