For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making.

About the role

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead customer requirements gathering for complex projects
• Manage end-to-end integration projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams
• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Create customer-focused documentation, including wireframes and use cases
• Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing and training
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis

Qualifications

• 4+ years industry experience
• 8 years' business analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a customer-facing consulting role
• Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
