Lead Business Analyst

A global technology powerhouse specialising in industrial automation and digital infrastructure is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive their fleet maintenance projects. The Role Apply business understanding to create better process and technology solutions for fleet maintenance. Guide business customers through business case development, including cost/benefit and risk/impact analysis. Support CMMS/Cetaris deployment, managing ticket backlogs and prioritizing issues. Gather requirements for new deployments and product lines. Create test plans, execute functional testing, and ensure user acceptance testing. Maintain detailed documentation and provide new user training. What You'll Need 4+ years of IT business analyst experience in Class 8 fleet maintenance. Experience with at least one full lifecycle fleet/equipment maintenance deployment. 1+ year of requirements-gathering workshop experience. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-matrixed teams. Excellent communication, organization, and thought delivery skills. Ability to work in the CST time zone.
