Welcome to The Arcadian Hotel Brookline, a distinctive property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. Located just minutes from downtown Boston, this newly renovated hotel features 264 guest rooms and 5,500 sq ft of meeting space. We are part of a larger organization that manages over 200 hotels and resorts globally, combining global scale with a hands-on approach focused on exceptional service, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a smooth, enjoyable dining or bar experience for every guest.
• Be the face of our service, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Handle food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the dining area and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment of supplies.
• Support other departments as needed, contributing to a cohesive team effort.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food service operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
