About the role
The Lead BPK/Toddler Teacher is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the classroom, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and implementing the curriculum as outlined by the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities of the classroom including lesson planning, activity preparation, and supervision of children.
- Implement and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of the curriculum and child development goals.
- Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and other caregivers.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children.
- Valid first aid and CPR certification.
- Experience with child development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
