About the role

Responsibilities
- Overseeing ABA programming and ensuring clinical excellence across all assigned cases
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Monitoring client progress and implementing data-driven clinical modifications
- Ensuring treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices
- Maintaining high standards of quality assurance and clinical oversight
- Supervising, mentoring, and supporting BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
- Providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Fostering a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented clinical culture
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with families
- Providing caregiver guidance, support, and parent training
- Ensuring families feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout care
- Partnering with Astra ABA leadership to support clinic growth and operational success
- Assisting with clinical scheduling coordination and staffing support
- Helping maintain a structured, organized, and thriving clinic environment
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active North Carolina LBA (or ability to obtain)
- Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Passion for clinical excellence and staff development
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a clinic-based ABA setting
- Spanish-speaking / bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience building positive center culture and supporting growth initiatives
