Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to lead, influence clinical standards, support staff development, and grow with an organization that prioritizes ethical care, collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful outcomes over unrealistic productivity expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA programming and ensure clinical excellence across all assigned cases
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and implement data-driven clinical modifications
- Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance and clinical oversight
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
- Build strong relationships with families
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented clinical culture
- Support onboarding and training of new clinical team members
- Provide caregiver guidance, support, and parent training
- Ensure families feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout care
- Partner with ASTRA ABA leadership to support clinic growth and operational success
- Assist with clinical scheduling coordination and staffing support
- Help maintain a structured, organized, and thriving clinic environment
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active North Carolina LBA (or ability to obtain)
- Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Passion for clinical excellence and staff development
- Leadership experience in a clinic-based ABA setting
- Preferred: Spanish-speaking / bilingual candidates
- Experience building positive center culture and supporting growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Highly competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 Annually
