About the role

Astra ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA to serve as the clinical leader of our Fayetteville, NC clinic. This position offers a highly competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ABA programming and ensure clinical excellence across all assigned cases
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and implement data-driven clinical modifications
  • Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance and clinical oversight
  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented clinical culture
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with families

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active North Carolina LBA (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
  • Passion for clinical excellence and staff development

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children and families in ABA settings
  • Knowledge of ethical and evidence-based practices in ABA
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
