Facilitate and coordinate inventory, documentation, and record-related activities for manufacturing. Maintain and coordinate inventory, scheduling, sampling, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, review, and catalogue various types of manufacturing documentation.
  • Prepare routine progress reports and tracking on various KPIs.
  • Responsible for lifecycle management of documentation.
  • Maintain inventory systems through investigations, weekly reviews, reconciliations, and other related activities to ensure accuracy.
  • Serves as a liaison between manufacturing and other functional areas as needed.
  • Ability to decipher and navigate a variety of different systems, data, calculations, and documentation.
  • Perform analysis of GMP and GxP data.
  • Coordinate appropriate material needs using varying systems and forms to ensure production continuity.
  • Ensure systematic bill of materials are created and maintained for production needs.
  • Evaluate, initiate, and monitor deviations and other compliance events.
  • Create and review sampling intake for all manufacturing unit operations and protocols per the appropriate documentation prior to operators going on the floor.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to employees.
  • Ensure employee timesheets are completed on time.
  • Participate in employee training to ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Conduct, at minimum, monthly performance feedback meetings with reports.
  • Raise all performance issues to Manager and/or Directors and/or HR.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree with 0-2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a cGMP environment, quality assurance, project management, or inventory management desired.

Pay

Salary Range (hourly): $24.04 - $37.60
