Lead Bindery Operator

Gerald Printing is expanding and seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. We value employees who are eager to learn a trade and grow with our company. While experience is highly preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

About the role

This full-time position involves completing various bindery tasks and managing customer material inventory.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment including padding machines, scoring/perfing equipment, collators, round cornering machines, drills, laminators, and folders
• Manage customer material inventory
• Pick inventory items for delivery based on orders received
• Operate pallet jacks to move orders through the shop

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm with a ½ hour lunch. Occasional overtime may be required.
