About the role

VG Reed is an established company celebrating its 80th year. We're seeking individuals to join our team as Stitcher, Cutter and Folder Operators and Bindery 2nd Operators who can handle basic setups and maintain machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate stitching, cutting, and folding machines
• Perform basic setup tasks on bindery equipment
• Maintain and operate machinery to ensure smooth production

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in similar roles preferred

Skills

• Strong manual dexterity
• Good physical stamina
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
