Lead Behavior Technician

I Am Boundless is hiring for a Lead Behavior Technician. Boundless is a non‑profit organization specializing in assisting individuals with I/DD and has been serving Ohio for over 40 years. Responsibilities

• Work directly in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals needing behavior stabilization (autism spectrum disorder).
• Maintain constant engagement and supervision of individuals.
• Implement individualized programs based on the individual's IP, including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and structured Behavior Support Plans.
• Provide crisis intervention for self‑injury, aggression, and high‑magnitude disruptive behavior.
• Lead each shift to ensure the treatment team functions smoothly and all daily requirements are met.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (or related field) plus 3+ years of experience in the mental health field.
• Experience working in a leadership role.
• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (adult, child, infant); delegated nursing.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (Ohio BMV) with proof of auto insurance.
• No more than 5 points on driving license.
• Preferred: Three years of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
• Preferred: Experience implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
• Preferred: College degree in a related field.
