Responsibilities
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
- Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress
- Work independently, consulting with the Clinical Director
- Oversee a team of 7 full-time equivalent clients receiving early intervention services
- Oversee clinical performance of 8 or more behavior technician staff, including RBTs and non-certified technicians
- Provide training and onboarding support for new team members at all technician levels
- Oversee the delivery of all medically authorized hours for each child
- Lead at least weekly therapy room team meetings to communicate updates, review client progress, address staff questions, and promote a cohesive team environment
- Supervise technician sessions, including 1:1, dyad, and group formats as applicable; conduct individual and group family training; develop treatment plans; and provide direct instruction services when necessary per BACB standards and company policy
- Uphold the BACB ethical code and CASP practice guidelines
- VBA Supervision - Supervise VBA Trainees in your therapy room
Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs
- Licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire
- Dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families
- Completion of 8 hours supervision course approved by the BACB
- Previous experience with supervision per BACB standards
- Previous experience with early intervention with an emphasis on Verbal Behavior
- Experience conducting family trainings
