Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - MD
About the role
Join Soar Autism Center as we expand our network of interdisciplinary clinics in the Maryland region. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity to shape how a Soar center operates locally, practice and learn a clinical approach alongside leadership, and build a culture rooted in collaboration, high expectations, and meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties (speech, OT, ABA, psychology, and medical services)
- Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy
- Be a part of an interdisciplinary care team including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
- Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey
Requirements
- Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license
- ABA early intervention experience
- Preferred background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

- Proficiency in computer and tablet navigation

Pay
$86,000.00 - $113,500.00/year base pay, with annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800. Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications. Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, based on start date and location.
Schedule
Hybrid: 1 work-from-home day per week for each BCBA, with some opportunity for 2 work-from-home days, depending on center maturity, clinical needs, and team coordination.
