Responsibilities

• Provide supervision on paraprofessionals
• Provide parent training
• Help recruit ABA therapists
• Conduct assessments regarding clients’ overall performance
• Design curricula, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on results of assessments and data analysis

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment

Pay

$85,000 - $135,000 per year

Schedule

• Flexible hours during the day, afternoon, and evening
• 30 – 40 hours per week
• Full-time, part-time, or contract (W2 or 1099)
