Lead Bath Installer

About the role

P.J. Fitzpatrick is a leading home improvement company known for providing exceptional service and quality installations. We are seeking a skilled Lead Bath Installer to oversee and execute the installation of our top-of-the-line acrylic bath and shower systems, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bath installation projects from start to finish.
• Perform high-quality installations of acrylic baths and showers within a single day.
• Supervise and train apprentices during installations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong ability to cut and install drywall and plywood wall backers, and construct wall templates.
• Proficient in taking accurate measurements and using various power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
• Work completed primarily at residential properties.
• May require occasional Saturday work based on project needs.

Training

All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We cover transportation and hotel fees, as well as provide per diem for food.
