Lead Bath Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bath installation projects from start to finish
• Perform high-quality installations of acrylic baths and showers within a single day
• Supervise and train apprentices during installations, ensuring adherence to company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and address any concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling
• Strong ability to cut and install drywall and plywood wall backers, and construct wall templates
• Proficient in taking accurate measurements and using various power tools
• Able to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs)
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required
