As a Bath Installer, you will be responsible for installing bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, manufacturer guidelines, and quality and safety guidelines. You will follow company policies and procedures and notify management when needed to retain the integrity of the company.
Responsibilities
- Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (e.g., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measurements.
- Function in a customer-facing support role, providing face-to-face, phone, and email support to customers; troubleshoot complex customer issues and provide creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Accurately measure products, complete product orders, develop labor estimates, and specify additional supplies needed for the project.
- Communicate with customers and crew to resolve conflicts discovered during measure, installation, and service.
- Ensure customers understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions.
- Monitor and assist with the installation of jobs, ensuring company quality standards are maintained and superior customer service is provided for the entire life-cycle of customer jobs.
- Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels (must be able to lift over 75 lbs).
- Be on your feet 6-9 hours a day.
- Complete services when necessary.
- Collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
- Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.
- Complete OSHA Safety Course.
- Show up on time and be ready to work each day.
- Keep your work area clean.
