Lead Bath Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the installation of acrylic baths and showers
• Supervise and train apprentices and junior installers on best practices
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with company standards and building codes
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Conduct post-installation checks and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling
• Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment
• Able to follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

PAY

$90,000-$120,000

Monday-Friday 1st shift
