Responsibilities

• Install Bath products and set the pace and tone of each job according to work order, manufacturer guidelines, and quality and safety guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures; notify management when needed to retain company integrity.
• Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre‑construction activities, including technical measurement.
• Function in a customer‑facing support role: provide face‑to‑face, phone, and email support; troubleshoot complex customer issues; provide creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Accurately measure products, complete product orders, develop labor estimates, and specify additional supplies needed for the project.
• Communicate with customer and crew to resolve conflicts discovered during measurement, installation, and service.
• Ensure customers understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions.
• Monitor and assist with job installation to maintain company quality standards and superior customer service throughout the job life‑cycle.
• Complete services as necessary.
• Collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.

Requirements

• Able to lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels (must be able to lift over 75 lbs).
• Able to be on your feet 6–9 hours per day.
• Complete OSHA safety course.
• Show up on time and be ready to work each day.
• Keep work area clean.
