Responsibilities

• Win multiple mixology awards
• Provide guests a memorable, mood-lifting experience
• Think creatively about new cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Train team members to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the bar operation
• Communicate to management the need for bar inventory and forecast in-demand menu items
• Create detailed nightly reports of staff performance, clientele incidences, and maintenance issues

Requirements

• Passionate about Food & Beverage
• A minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
• A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
• Experience in Beverage operations
• A team player
• A hard worker
• A detail-oriented individual
• Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Ability to train team members to implement SOPs for the bar operation
